firmness is going to be right for you. Not on the Internet, nor on a showroom floor for
ten minutes (even if they would turn the lights down and leave the room). The comfort experts at FloCare can help you determine what firmness is best for you,
based on what you have been sleeping on and what you do and don’t like about your old
mattress. If you get it wrong, we’ll still make right. We know how important the
mattress you sleep on is! Our unique design, with dual reversable firmness means
you will most likely get the firmness that is right for you the first time. But if
you don't, our component design allows us to promptly replace* just the component you need
to achieve the comfort you deserve. And since we can ship it via UPS, it is easy for
you to receive your new firmness. If you are not 100% satisfied with the firmness you select, we will help you re-select.
Or we will give your money back. Either way you will only pay the freight.
(Of course, if you reselect a more expensive mattress, we will ask you to pay the
difference.) So REST ASSURED. We guarantee your comfort. *For firmness adjustments we may use a core that has been used in a firmness exchange and thoroughly inspected, vacuumed and finally... UV Sanitized. We will never send a damaged core. If you prefer, we offer new cores for firmness exchange when requested at an exchange cost of $50. We will get your bed "Just Right"... we guarantee it.If you decide to change the firmness of your mattress, this is what you can expect:
1) FloBeds pays the UPS charges to you (in the continental US).
2) You pay the return shipping charges (we will offer to send a UPS ARS return label at our cost of $20 for one core or $35 for two cores
(in the continental US, except California, which is $15/$25).
3) We ask for a $100 deposit per core which we refund after your return the core(s).
